If a Bushmaster is an AR and a Wilson Combat is a 1911 then it is a Penn. A very nice one, by the way.

But if you put a 350 Chevy in a '32 Ford Roadster what do you have ???
It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!

You have a travesty! A 5.0 Ford in a 53 Chevy pickup is pure joy, however.

I've always been partial to the ford FE series, especially the 427 side oiler ;D

Sure,
The FE block is about the nicest performance engine around, especially with a set of Shelby aluminum heads. However, I think it is overkill in a cruising pickup, I'd rather have the gas mileage and lighter weight.

Funny how I can see that in a car, but I want to build the smallest Penn conventional reel ever strong enough to handle JAWS!!
