Super ultegra bailarm

Hi got a problem with this reel and was hoping someone can help.Its a shimano ultegra 10000 xsa,hopefully a picture will show the problem better than me trying to explaine.

The bailarm has come out and won't stay in any ideas whats gone wrong.

Not sure what went wrong, but it could possibly be glued back in.  Before you do, try contacting Shimano's customer service by email with clear pictures and they may ask you to send the reel in for repair.  They have a great reputation for fixing these things.

Thanks for your reply, I had considered gluing or soldering but thought I'd ask you people first.i think I'll get in touch with shimano and see if I can buy a new part. I think it would probably cost to much shipping prices to send off.
