no drag on shimano tekota 700

Did my annual cleaning on my my reel and now i dont have drag, it has never happened before. Am i missing something? I think i put everything back correctly.

any chance you have spectra that is slipping on the spool?

No have nothing but mono, thinking it has to with something with drag washers maybe i mixed up the order.

check the order of the metal washers.  also, make sure the spool is not spinning on the spool shaft.
