Newell P332 & C332 Rod Clamps

Are the P332 and C332 rod clamps the same size? Will the screw holes from a C332 clamp line up on a P332 reel seat?

I don't have any "C" Series Reels. What I do have is "P", "S" & No letter reels.

Just measured two and they are the same center to center distance on the clamp screws.
