thanks!  i'm turning 54.  i've got a little gray hair around the temples and i gained 5 pounds this last year.  two years ago i went to my doc and had my cholesterol level checked.  he said it was borderline high and that he might have to put me on medication when i returned that next year.  so you know what i did?  I DIDN"T GO BACK!!!!!!!  well, i had to go back this year and my cholesterol was lower.  burger king once a week, no excercise and a 5 pound weight gain.  that's the ticket!  alan
