Spool clicking - Abu 5500C3

Hi all

Just pulled my 5500 C3 apart for a good cleaning, and replaced the stock drag washers with carbontex.

After re assembling i noticed after a give the handle a good hard crank the spool spins a few more turns instead of stopping. And a can hear a clicking sound like gears slipping.

It sounds like its coming from the side with the idler gear and worm gear.
Any clue why this would be happening?

Normal operation. Only evident with a test as you did, on the bench, not the swim.
