STELLA 2008 VS 2013

well honestly im just  disappointed that the new stella does not live up to expectations!

However Im sufffering from a case of info overload...

I cant decide on whether to get the 2008 model or 2013 model

Im looking at using the reel for popping and stickbaiting.

For me its either a

Stella 2008  10 000 XG with a Studio Ocean Mark 16000 Spool

              or

Stella 2013 14000 XG


gonna load PE 6.

What would you  guys advice me to get?

for me cost is not an issue.

However Im leaning towards the 2008 stella. as the massive free play in the 2013 as well as its staggering weight is putting me off. But i do like the further casting distance and smoother drag of the 2013.

I'd choose the 2013 for the fact that parts are available.  Some of the 2008 parts are discontinued and hard to get.  This would be my greatest concern since you are fishing with PE6, which I believe equates to about 60# test braid.
