Penn Mag 10

Just picked up a Penn Mag 10 reel. What is correct way to adjust spool play, and magnet? Steve

I don't believe you can adjust the magnet. As for the spool, you should set it so that there is a very tiny amount of side to side slop; do not use tension on the spool as a cast  control device. You'll damage the end bearings!

The magnet is fixed and not adjustable.
