I still say you should have someone that knows how to handle that boat next to you. Anything can happen out there, I'm not wishing anything but the best for you buddy, but it doesn't take much to slip and bump your head.

Not related to the boat, but I just came home from a hospital. I've been using a nailer for many years and I'm always extra cautious, the nail came out of the wood and through my hand. I got lucky, it didn't hit any bones.
Anything can happen my friend, be careful out there.

Are you going to keep the canopy ? I'm about to add one to mine but first the rocket launcher with four rod holders has to go on.

I haven't shot myself with a nailgun in a while, I used to work with this tough old dutchman who shot himself through the thumbnail and put the claw of the hammer under his thumb and pulled the head through the rest of his thumb.

transfer papers all finalised last friday.
that rear travelling light is detachable,
just have to put it in at night.(doh!)so it wont be in the way of fishing

passed my theory and practical test for
my skippers ticket yesterday.
boat is booked in next friday for insurance
and thats it.
extras will be added as i drift along,
boat is all legal as of now
