What kind of reel is this?

I have decided not to persue this. I spent 1200 on an Everol 14 instead.

After buying that reel I couldn't afford the line on it.

I drop my bait it in the Kayak and paddle it out 100 yards. If you want to call that casting. :P
That's how most land based shark fishing is done.

If your spooling a 4/0. it might be. This reel holds 1000 yards of 130lb test. ;)

I think straight 275 coated cable should be good
