I have a penn 114 with the black end plates.  Will the pinion, bridge with sleeve, main gear from a 114h fit in my 114 and operate correctly?????

No it has a smaller main and pinion gear for lower speed

So, you are saying the 114h gears will retrieve  slower  than the stock 114?

I have my 114 mated to a elec tra mate 612pm, the retrieve rate is 257 feet per minute.  Elec tra mate shows the Penn 114H  mated to the 612pm with a retrieve rate of 343 feet per minute.  So I am trying to find out if I can put the 114H gears in my 114 and obtain the 343 feet per minute rate.

The answer is no, the 114H gears and gear sleeve will not fit in a 114.  your electramate will screw into a 114H frame though.

The 114H(2.8:1) is faster than the 114 (2:1).
