two sided drag on hx?

My manual says that I have a two sided drag , but upon disassembly, it seems like the carbon disk is glued to the spool. A knife blade between the spool and disk won't budge it.  The reel is used, but new to me.  I found a bit of corrosion at the side plate screws, but overall good shape.  I used yamaha blue grease on metal parts, and cal's drag grease on the drag.  I then wiped off all of cals that I could.  Seems  like a great reel.

the raptor is double sided.  the plain hx is not.
