Shimano stella c2000hgs repair question

Hello I have tried to repair my stella and it hasn't worked. The problem
With it is that the oscillation isn't smooth there are little ticks and numbs
While turning the handle. How do I resolve this issue?

honestly, i would just contact shimano on this one.  call them at 877-577-0600 and see what they can do for you.  spinners, particularly shimano spinners, can be a nightmare to work on!

I believe the Stella's have a lifetime warranty??
They are quite hard to work on and some have specialty tools that are needed for tear down..

As Alan said, best bet is to contact Shimano Service...
