When a CF washer loses its weave, is it no longer usable?
A HT-100 is roughly 1.33 mm thick. If it is now only 1.10, is it still good?, even though the weave texture is gone?

If it's glazed, I would replace it. If the fibers could be brushed out, I'd leave it.
:D I talk with every part I send out and each reel I repair so that they perform at the top of their game. :D
