Newbie here,
 I like Abu Garcia reels but never considered upgrading them or even service them since I used them for freshwater fishing.  I moved to SoCal a year and a bit ago and started fishing the surf so I'm trying to learn as much as possible how to upgrade them and service them.  
I'll be seeing you guys around.
