Time to remove a big pine tree in my back yard

The tree is not bother me when I'm still young but now I'm too old to get up on roof to clean the gutter and few tree fall down on neighbor cause expensive damage so we decided to remove it . Hire some guys to do the job and they're doing good job . Looks too dangerous

QT I would get all pine trees cut if possible for nothing else just the pine cone & straw raking work alone.At my previous house I picked up a gazillion pine cones over 25 years with a pitch fork dont miss that or raking straw.I dont have any trees near my current house just a few spruce & tea olive in the flower beds. More fishing time...
