Where is my fishing report for the week in NYC

Good fishing is just a short (or not so short) plain ride away.  Sails are hitting in Isla de Mujeres, Stripies in Cabo, wahoo and winter nite-bite TFT on the mud lumps outta Venice, LA, double digit sails in zihuatanejo MX, Bones in Honduras, and we had a good run of 150lb+ YFT in Wainae, Oahu last week.  Options are limitless.
Hope springs eternal
for the consumate fishermen.

It is the same here. No trips this year yet for me. Only a couple packs of fish left in the freezer. Last January had a bunch of good fishing weather.

Yeah, our ocean went dead last week too... it was a grim weekend of fishing here.
As opposed to week before last, when yellowfin & mahi were everywhere.  ???

The bright side is there's more time for Hot-rodding & Tanking reels!  ;D

Need more fish...
If you're bored, come and shovel some snow ;).
Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

BMITCH

Ruben, you could cope with the cabin fever the same way many of us here do.....work on reels.
luck is the residue of design.

Alan,
Your doing Puerto Vallarta in March and the 5 day in June? Busy man.

The lake is frozen but not hard enough to walk on and the rivers on the other side of the mountains are all flooding.  Anyone want to go to the Sea of Cortez and fish in the sun?
Hi, my name is Lee and I have a fishing gear problem.

I have all of the answers, yup, no, maybe.

Two great shows to ease the cabin fever are coming up soon:

The World Fishing and Outdoor Expo in Suffern, NY http://sportshows.com/suffern/
and the best strictly saltwater show on the east coast,
The Saltwater Fishing Expo in Somerset, NJ http://sportshows.com/somerset/

I'm not sure if I will get to both this year, but I will definitely be at the saltwater show!

I'm a board member of the organization running this show and will be busy there next month.

Come out to the Freeport L.I. Show this weekend. I might pass by tomorrow afternoon & I will be there 9 AM - 2:30 Sunday
I have not failed.  I just found 10,000 ways that won't work.
