Daiwa liberto pixy 04 yellow

Hi guys,
Recently aquired a yellow daiwa liberto pixy 04 and think it me have a few problems that need sorting.
For instance, the level wind does not function until the drag star has been tightened a fair bit. I am totally unfamiliar with this particular reel btw.

I am also chasing a schematic diagram for the reel if anyone can point me in the right direction?
