Can anyone give me the drag rating for a well maintained 975CS star drag?

Penn lists the max drag on this reel at 12 lbs.  http://www.pennreels.com/products/reels/baitcast-reels/international-baitcast

i'd go with straight 20# test and 5#'s of drag for a good working load range.
