Just read the news of the trip cancelation for Nov. 27.

Rain is just starting here in San Mateo.  Rain gauge has 0.35" of rain since 4 PM when rain began to fall.

Thought Gary-the-BUTT MAN thinks we are weak, since he fishes in the rain.

Checking the local wind & wave website, check this out....

Does anyone have eyesight better than mine and can see what the probable forecast is for next Saturday?

I need to get Juan some frogskins, but if the weather looks terrible again and the trip is cancelled, refunds are a headache for all.

My old eyes has the following estimate weather:
Winds at 14 mph

Wind Gusts to 16 mph

And wave height to 10 feet.

Just at my tap out weather, BUTT let's see.

Well I have the flight and car reservations made (thanks to the flight and car points, courtesy of my state related travel)  and have tied a couple shrimp flies (will be tying more this weekend) to bring along...the Nep-Tuna didnt make the slot size for free baggage so I hope to beg and borrow something    I will be packing a Baja Special and Penn 555GS for reels.  Looking forward to meeting you guys in person.....Bill

I will be fishing on the Huli Cat on Wednesday so I will ask the skipper how fishable the conditions are on saturday based on the forecast.

NW winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Wind waves 3 to 4 ft. W swell 8 to 10 ft. A chance of rain. .....san francisco bar/fourfathom bank forecast..... i
