Hi, First post here, I found this site after some searching online.
I've been away from fishing for some time but after years of strictly fishing from a boat only, I'm getting back into fishing and hope to
do some fishing from the shore. I dug out some of my old tackle and hope to get it back into shape for many more years of use.

Welcome reelfishin --

There is a lot to share -- and a lot to learn.

Glad to have you on board.

The first rule of fishing is to fish where the fish are. The second rule of fishing is to never forget the first rule.

Welcome ReelFishin.  We have a lot of older gear that is being used among our members...all are working out great and land fish.
:D I talk with every part I send out and each reel I repair so that they perform at the top of their game. :D

Welcome reelfishin! Old tackle is some of my favorite. You shouldn't have any problems bringing them back, some here bring them back better than before.

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

Welcome and Warning. This may be the most expensive forum you ever joined. Have fun.

Greetings, Reelfishin!

What sort of vintage tackle do you have?   :)

Hi from San Mateo, CA.  Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.
