been on the water almost every day and my wife is coming home in a few days. I was planning on taking the 12/0 apart to diagnose the drag problem then realized I still want to do a double dog and grind down the SS dogs to fit flush in the sleeve ratchet. decided I won't have time to do this until probably January so i'm looking for someone I can send it off to that will go through it and double dog it while in there and trim the dogs.

Well, the big Senators are definitely Daron's (Shark Hunter's) specialty... but whether he has the time during this busy holiday season is up to him, of course.   :)

I can do it for you Chris, but there is no reason to trim those dogs.
The engagement on the ss sleeve is perfect like they are with one high and one low.
I didn't see your name on the insert list. I would go the extra step and get one of those since you have ss dogs and sleeve. The difference is amazing.
I sent a pm. No Charge.

not sure if it varies slightly by reel but there is a small gap between the bottom the dog and the sleeve. it holds fine. I've landed several sharks and that marlin since switching it out, it just bugs me knowing it could be tighter. that's all.

PM sent back. appreciate it Daron!

I will fine tune if needed. Just paying it forward. ;)

No one better to do your 12/0 -- then Daron.
