Sending single photo,s on u-tube?

And now does anyone know if you can send a still picture to this site with the same u-tube account instead of video?  I got windows 8 and a slow computer.  I,ve tried to send like an e-mail pik,  but dont know how to post that way?     Thanks for answers.

You can't send a still picture, but you can send a video of a still. Usually have a run time of 5-10 seconds and it seems to be best received if there are several pictures run one after another to tell a story. There is free editing software to do this, but my SME is exhausted at this point and I am sure someone else on here can help.
