Where or who do I need to contact to get post for the spring to double dog a jigmaster? Would like to double dog a 505.

HC- I believe the post is a homemade post from a piece of brass stock spun in a drill press down to the diameter needed.  Check the tutorial in this section regarding a 500 joining the double dog family....good luck... Bill

Ive used frame posts in the past but mostly brass rod for the spring retainer and old drill bits for the dog pin - you can use a drill - drill press or lath .



Shaping the pin in the drill press using mainly files & final polish with 800 grit wet & dry sand paper.



and the spring retainer pressed in.



Followed by the dog pin made from an old drill.
