New to the site, just wanted to say Hello! Hope to learn a lot from Alan and this site! I have 0 experience working on reels, but I am really good at breaking and tearing them up! Running charter business customers are really rough on gear!

Hi.

Our costumers can be tough on gear too, one broke 2 rods in 15 min.
Hi, my name is Lee and I have a fishing gear problem.

I have all of the answers, yup, no, maybe.

welcome, rod!  there are sections that cover tutorials that are all close to the reels that you have.  if you can ship apo, you will save a ton of money.  the best thing would be to learn to service them yourself.  start with the older international and work your way up to the tiagras.  i think it will be time well spent!
send me an email at alantani@yahoo.com for questions!

Irashaimase.  I think that is what they say.

Welcome.  Good to have a Japan connection...well, Okinawa.  I know there is a difference...I grew up in Hawaii and my wife is half Japanese and half Okinawan.
:D I talk with every part I send out and each reel I repair so that they perform at the top of their game. :D

Thanks for all the welcomes!

Bryan, If you ever come over to Okinawa, I will take you out for sure! I am in the process of trying to open a tackle shop over here, and at the same time learn out to do reel repair!
