Hi again.

Found a simple solution to the annoying new design found on most Shimano spinning reels. The grub screw that exists as the spool support / spool ticking function.

The rear end of a sewing needle, I found that there are a couple of sizes different and they fit and hold really well, and the pointy end can be deleted and then a kink made to get some leverage.

I am struggling to find Allen keys to suit purpose as I have been to Hobby stores, hardware stores and other places and tried online (but not paying $15 each for a questionable quality tool).

Anyhow hope it helps.

:D I talk with every part I send out and each reel I repair so that they perform at the top of their game. :D
