see you in a week, mark and todd.

I am bringing 3 black hole rods ( a slow pitch and 2 challenger banks), a roller guide rig with avet ex 4/0-2, and a pro-challenger 450 gm jigging rod paired with the omoto triple.  The slow pitch blackhole will have my baja special, while the 2 challenger banks will have a talica 16 and tranx HG.  I might breakdown and bring the Lethal 100 again for it to sit in the rod rack again like last time.

Don't do that. I yoyo-ed with my LT100's and was landing YT, even on the one that had the snapped handle bolt. ;D

Can you really get 45lb of drag out of a Lethal 100?

Hi, my name is Lee and I have a fishing gear problem.

I have all of the answers, yup, no, maybe.

I've dialed incrementally up and measured with a spring scale.  It was not buttoned down at 32lbs. No inclination to go beyond.

Todd, you want me to bring a JX or HX Raptor with 50# for you to use? I have a TLD20II with 50# and a TLD30II with 60# too. All backed by spectra.

What type of rod are thinking about? My son's friends say I could open a tackle store just using my stuff!  I have a Seeker 6465H or G6470H that are great for 50#.

I've been eyeing a Calstar WC670...Anything I buy has to be dual purpose and I have a #50 rod just no reel yet.

A 670 is a 30#, light 40# rod. I thought you were looking for another 50# rod? I have a Seeker Classic 670.

More 40 to light 50...Suggestions...I want to be able to use it live bait and YoYo

I use a Black Steel G6465H for that but I turn 7' rods into 6-1/2' rods with my tailgate too often to have many 7' rods.

I have one of those and a 7' to match...Need to go in between those and my 30-80 Rainshadow

The G6470H might fit the bill for 40-50 although I think of it as more of a 50# rod.  I have a custom Seeker cjb65h that is solid for 40-50# bait and yoyo. It's actually 6'7". It's basically a composite 865xh. I had an 865xh that I sold and Randy Penny recommended this to replace it.

That would be awesome.  The HX or either of the TLDS would be perfect.
The only thing missing in my arsenal is a bigger 2 speed.

I want something with LUGS if the fish get that bid.  I have my Diawa 400H ready.. but it is not 2 speed.
I've got a rod for it Custom wrapped  G.S. 660 XH

If you have an 80# rod I have a Avet 4/0 that I "fixed" that you can use.
