shimano charter special 2000 handle arm

The frame worked out perfect, I've been using the reel for bait catching to tell the truth and love it.
Problem: At mag bay the macks are no problem, but when it's the big salami's further south I'd REALLY like a longer handle arm (and of course a better handle).
What can I do? Will the handle arm from some other shimano reel fit? Or??

got a two position stainless steel arm designed to fit the kolekar handle grips.  if i can tempt you with one, send me a pm with your address and i'll send it out.  alan

The Kolekar handle we put on my Newell 533 was sooooooo much better!! 5 wahoo, they had no complaints.
