Shark Hunter

I saved this reel just in time as Rigor mortis was setting in.
The pinion bearing cover screws were a challenge, but the real problem was the bail screws.
They were chewed up because they were frozen to the rotor.
I couldn't budge them.
I know you can hit a frozen screw with small taps to get it moving.
I tried a chisel and a hammer to get them turning after some reel x. No dice.
I put the whole assembly in the freezer for about 20 minutes and they finally came free.
Unfortunately, The new bail screws I ordered are incorrect, but with the new bumper to line up the bail again, all other parts are survivors.

All finished.
I got schooled on the bail springs. This beast has one on each side, but you have to pay attention to the way they are wound.
There is a primary and a secondary.
This bail means business as it snaps,
A new bumper and used screws are all this reel needed. Smooth as Butter now.
I added one of Bryan's drag kits and a new drag knob.
