Here is a 9/0 Fin-Nor mounted in an 80 lb IGFA Nep-Tuna cradle. All Mildrum rollers and in really nice shape.   John T.

Another classic from the collection of John......that's a great rig brother.....I noticed there is a golden brown finish on the cradle....is that a spar varnish and would the cradle originally been completely covered?  Mine had remanants of the same finish, but I stripped the remaining as it just looked dirty.    Bill
It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!

Bill I don't want to ruin the decals so I only cleaned it lightly.   John

The Great Maudu

I just love the combination of cradle and Mildrum guides. I wonder how many different reels Neptuna made their cradles for? It seems like all of them. John Taylor is the Cradle King!

Too cool...the design of the cradle is really quite futuristic...at an age where it was 'Planes, Trains and Automobiles' you can see the design influence...a bit of Raymond Loewy and the like going on there.

Thanks for sharing your photos/collection with us...as you can tell, we all appreciate it.

54Bullseye here are a couple of links to my Neptuna.  I used it in Baja last November.  http://alantani.com/index.php?topic=19663.0 http://alantani.com/index.php?topic=14857.0  Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

The little red lever is to set the max drag you want to run then by moving it in you can over ride and apply more drag.  John
