Hi Alan, greetings from Costa Rica.

I need a penn ht-100 drag washer for an Abu 6601 c4, which size would it fit?

You will need to go with SmoothDrags.  HT-100s are too thick for Abus.  Contact Dawn via PM here or directly via her website.
