I'm searching around for deals on 2 speed TLD 20s and I see some marked 20A vs others marked 20.  What does the "A" signify?  Some have gold spools and others black.  What is the tale of these differences?  Thanks guys.  And if anyone has a TLD 2 speed 20 for sale please let me know.

The A series is a later revision of the TLD 2 speed range.

From the Shimano website:

Tolerances have been tightened for use with braided line, the handles on the 20 and 30 are now the same as the Tiagra and Torsa light overheads, while chrome plated brass handle shanks and oversize handles give the 50 and 50LRS real cranking power.

From the schematics:

All the part numbers appear to be the same (just the prefix has changed) till we get near the end of the list where we see an improved handle and different bearings.
