nothing good on the TV to watch.
my wife was not in a mood to go out for dinner so, I took a dive into the freezer to search something to make dinner for me and my wife.
found some bags with U12 Shrimps and some with big scallops, that was enough.

nothing special on the recipe

prepare the pasta "al dente" and stop the cook with cold water.
cut 4 -6 garlic cloves in flakes and fry them on a generous amount of butter
when they are golden in color take them out from the butter, add another generous amount
of olive oil and when its hot add the shrimp and scallops.
use your favorite aromatic herbs, salt and pepper.
this time I also put a belly/racks Grouper fillet in the oil, this fatty part of the fish is soo good.
after some minutes of cooking add your favorite vegetables, this time I used onion and bell pepper

for the grand finale I just toasted some bread with butter and herbs and sprinkle the toasted flakes of garlic
over the finished plate.
