Hey guys! Just uploaded a new video about replacing a rod guide while you are out fishing. I know this is an emergency type of thing that doesn't happen often, but I think the info is useful enough that it deserved a video on the subject. This is meant to be a temporary repair until you can get home and do a proper guide replacement or get your rod into a rod builder to replace the guide for you. The fix isn't meant to be nice looking, only functional so you can get back to casting and hopefully catching  ;D

If you have wrapped a guide before, you will be able to do this repair and get back to fishing really quickly (around 10 minutes).  If you haven't then it will take you an extra 10-15 minutes. I hope this helps someone out or it is something worth keeping in mind in case you do need to use this technique for a quick repair.

Take care and tight lines!
