I have been fortunate to have Alan attend to some of my reels, and recently Fred.  And the tags that they both use are a solid touch of a professional business, and I know I can't keep track of most of my personal stuff - but you can see how they keep track of all of the gazillion client requests and tight timetables and they are to be respected for that.  But I would be remiss if I did not mention packaging.  Elsewhere there are posts about ebay purchases, Styrofoam peanuts, shredded paper and excessive packing tape - but I was recently blessed with a new addition to my DAM Quick lineup by Fred and beyond being simply and protectively packaged (hey, they may be tanks but they are 50 year old tanks!) I was stunned and delighted by the lint free cloth bags that he uses to package his reels and protect the those fabulous finishes that he works so hard to recreate; and that was totally unexpected.  Just another nod to the quality and craftsmanship!
