New CC & PC Squidder!!!

Finally got me a Cortez Squidder, married it to some Pro Challenger parts and Bryan Y. Ultimate 5+1 drag and here she is...

Looks great Darin! I love the CC Squidder, it's so much smaller than a stock Squidder, you can even palm the thing. With steel gears and a 5-stack it's stronger than many reels twice it's size. If I could afford it, I'd have one in every color Tom offers. One of these days I hope to get one of his Jiggy kits also.

Thank you! It has the steel gears fortunately, so I'm good there. I'm thinking about 40# braid and topshot, then 30# flouro leader? I'm going to use this when we chum up the big mangrove and red snappers when offshore in 100 + feet, they come up near the surface and we free line chunks to them, it's a blast!

It will quickly be one of your favs. If you need to slow it down use STP on the spool spindle.
