Who made this reel?

somebody just left a box of reels at my door and this one was in it..smaller than a penn 716 just has Compac bantam on side plate..seems to work fine..little cleaning..and the garcia 120 and shakespear wondercast177 model ee..any info on these appreciated..and a few others were left with no returns wanted...just a note said maybe you might want these...if not ..??

Joe,

Compac made it. It is from the late '50s, 1958ish. They also made a Bantam III, which was even smaller. They were sold by Commerce-Pacific Inc out of LA, and Canada Ltd of Toronto. Compac was one of the early Japanese reel manufacturers.
