Trip started around 7:30pm where the 10 of us boarded with the captain and 2 deckhands.
8 hour ride to get where we were going (90 miles out)... stopped around 3:30-4am...
6am and we start trolling.
Less than 10 min, one of the trolling rods goes off and we convert one or two with bait...
It goes like this for several hours... troll for 5-10 min.... convert a few on bait... rinse... repeat.
We did do pretty good on a few of the bait stops where we would get 5-10....
Sunday evening started to get a little snotty.
Ended Sunday with ~130 in the boat
Monday morning... 6am back onto the troll... got 60 more by the time we started to head back (9am or so)
Everyone got to take home 19.....
I had them fillet all but 3 which I kept for sushi.
Lots of canning... smoking... & vacuum sealing...
