I'm a sucker for these inexpensive little saltwater tanks. While
not cosmetically pleasing it remains a solid, well built open faced
spinner. I really enjoy saving these from the junk pile.... should
be good for another 20 years.  8). All in $10.... prices are all
over the board on the Bay of E.... usually based on cosmetics.
Easy clean up , oil, grease and dial in. Will never be mistaken
for high end but can still land fish.

Nice. Lots of great usable tackle out there if you know how, or bother, to take proper care of them. I have a Daiwa D1300 -a similar model to yours- that I bought new somewhere around 1980. I put a LOT of hours of fishing on that reel, before retiring it for "upgrades". I recently took it out, took care of it, and... it's still nearly as good as it was back then. Very usable. Very little lacking as a fishing tool.
