Can anyone give me some info on a Lamiglas 3703 trigger rod.  Would this be a factory rod or a blank that was custom built?  It is most likely 60s or 70s vintage.

The blank is brown, 7 feet 2 inches and has no line rating. The reel seat is chrome including the trigger. 7 guides including the tip
