stainless sleeve squidder

i bought 3 stainless sleeves from scott's they had two holes drilled for the pins that hold the sleeve on.the problem im having is that no matter which hole i use the sleeve binds on the shaft. its almost like the pins are too thick and rub on the shaft. but the pins fit the hole in the sleeve perfect. .......any thoughts?
