Jigmasters washer set

Hi dawn, I was changing a set of washers today in my jigmasters and noticed that the set I ordered from you last year had... 1 smaller dia. Cf washer..2 regular size cf washers and one what looks like an ht-100 washer in the set. I'm a little confused as to why and where to put the ht washer?

They would all be carbontex.  The small ones goes under the gear, and the 3 larger would go in the gear, in any order.  The difference may be the weave of the material.  I had some washers that were on the thin side, so I took 2 of those and put them with 1 that was thicker, to make the overall stack height correct.  That may be what you are seeing.
