I bought a 3600c on ebay last night.  It's the old pro max/black max style.  I'm not sure the exact model though.  It's silver like a pro max, but says on the side plate it has 6 bearings.  Hopefully I'll get it in the mail in the next couple days, so I can check it out.

I'm planning on rebuilding it and upgrading what I can.  Can anyone tell me what all parts are upgradable on it?  I was wanting a titanium line guide, but am not sure if there is one that fits.  Thanks.

I bought the Boca upgrade kits for the three Promax's I own (they're all the same guts) and am waiting on a ceramic pawl for it.  I can't work out whether the titanium part of line guide is the line guide wire or the cross slide body.  Don't see a big improvement from that guide, anyone tried it?  Carbontex washers are a given.

Thanks.  That's pretty helpful.  How do these reels do casting lightweight?  I've got a Curado 50 I upgraded everything.  It's smooth.  Hopefully I can get this to feel somewhat similar.
