drag upgrade for mitchell 302 red dot

Does anyone know if there is a good drag upgrade option for a Mitchell 302 red dot. Mine has taken some really big punishment over the last 2 years. It is now skipping sticking alot even at low drag.

I know this is a late post but use Penn' HT-100 6-155 drag washers between the keyed and eared metal washers until you run out of room on the spool. Then use the top hat washer, spring, and drag nut. The spool won't click anymore but will be much smoother. It takes 4 of the 6-155 drag washers.
