FINISHED  ;D ;D ;D Thank you all for the help in building this reel for my son John...Mike the spring washers worked perfect in fixing the spacing...The final pieces today were the handle ,mounting screw and a couple of new unseen pieces .

After many changes, spacing and gear issues I finally have the reel completed with no issues and a color scheme I like  ;D

Time to do another project, it's a reel disease when it's AR's we call it Black Rifle Disease. I have 3-5.6's,a 6.8 SPC, and a 308, and I was able to quit.
