Penn 5/0 and compact ?

  I saw this ad on CL and had not heard of a 5/0 and not really sure what a 4/0 low profile is. I emailed him and he said it was a compact 4/0. It looks like a deal for $150.

The one on the left looks like a 66, which would be a narrow 4/0. I think he made up the 5/0 bit.
