Just thought I would share a 3D model of my 113HLW I am working on. Its not 100% I still have some hardware and a few springs to add plus some of the alignent could be fine tuned.

I suppressed a couple of components to give a better view

wow,,,will you be able to print or machine from these images?
It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!

ZaneG

Sure the model was done in Solidworks which can be used or converted to be used by many machines or 3D printers.

Thought I would add the drag stack

That's cool.  I hope I can learn to do that one of these days.
:D I talk with every part I send out and each reel I repair so that they perform at the top of their game. :D

Zane,
Wow, that's very detailed. Looks like it'd be a difficult process until ya get the hang of it.
Amazing what computers can do. :o
Nice job... look forward to seeing the completed project.
Thanks

Trying to get a Tiburon or Accu frame to go on the reel so I can add to the model....and of course the future stainless bridge w/ double dogs. ;D

Once I get a frame I am planning on using it to scale up for a frame for a 116. I am friends with some pretty crafty machinists they promised that if I develop the drawings they will figue out the most effective way to make a frame without comprising on the strength. Lets see what they come up with...but need a 113hlw frame fiirst.
