Fin nor ahab 8 and 12

Are the anti reverse components for the Fin-Nor Ahab 12 and Fin-Nor Ahab 8 interchangeable?  These are the older, "original" Ahab reels.  The anti reverse on the 8 model no longer engages. The 12 model works fine. Was wondering if components from the 12 model could be reproduced by 3 D printing?
