Anyone have suggestion of a handle that would increase the throw/handle radius on this reel?

The stock handle (E30-6501) is about 1.75" from center to center of knob.

Tuna Tom's stocks a Daiwa Power Handle (E17-5504), but explicitly states it doesn't fit this reel. The listing states the mounting hole is 8mm x 5mm.

The handle from my Daiwa Sealine 350H has too large a mounting hole (approx 10mm x 8mm).

My measurements suggest the mounting hole on the stock handle is about 9mm x 7mm (also rounded at the long dimension, FWIW). {Edited, I checked, and corrected, the dimensions against metric wrenches rather than a ruler with very wide mm marks).

Maybe try contacting Tiburon. They make many different sized power handles but I don't see your reel model listed.
Here is the list of handles from their site. http://www.tiburonengineering.com/products/handles

I know this post is kinda old, but I stumbled upon it searching for parts for one of my 47lc's .. I faced this issue a few years ago when I pressed a couple of these reels into service for saltwater... but I needed to get more leverage for pulling in big umbrella rigs and the like.. The handles I adapted are OEM Penn Senator handles.. pretty sure the ones I used fit the  Senator 113.. The hole in the handle being slightly smaller than the 47...so it just required a little careful work with a file to get a good fit.. of course the nut cap didn't line up, so it looks a little jinky..  but they do a fine job..

Yes, the Penn 113 (not 113H), 500, 27 all utilize the Penn Type A handle. I modded a "Jigmaster" power handle off of eBay to fit my Sealine 30H:
