I have several 5600  that don't but you can put a 6500 side plate on one and then have a clicker.

 Midnight Blue Abu 5600 with the silver spool and chrome star has a factory clicker. One on the big site right now..........

not sure if helpful (or a good suggestion) but I am interested in the Komodo as it is lopro conventional and has a clicker
good for lure casting from shore and off the kayak as well as having potential for bait soaking

The absolute smallest modern reel that I have seen with a lint out clicker is abu 4600C3 kokanee reel.
